I tried out a unique diner while on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and excellent service. The menu offers a variety of imaginative dishes that are sure to please, and I can't wait to go back with friends next time.

A great family diner. I travel to Illinois and Iowa often. I make the West Wind a regular stop coming or going. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

I had been meaning to try this diner for a long time. I was very disappointed! My country fried steak looked like something that came out of a frozen dinner, and tasted the same. I will never eat here again, or recommend it to anyone. Easily the worst diner experience I've ever had.
