Ordered subs from the Pleasant House of Pizza last night for my two sons, called it in about 9:30 p.m. after my sons hockey game. One of the subs I ordered was a vegetarian sub with no tomatoes. It was deplorable. The ingredients consisted of lettuce olives and pickles. I called but it was 5 minutes after 10:00 p.m., so I called today. I spoke with the manager who identified herself as “the owners daughter.†She said she made the sub and accused me of lying. The girl laughed and told me I was lying. As I was leaving her and the two young girls she was working with were laughing about the incident. Initially I did not know she was the owner’s daughter, so when I asked to speak to the owner, she laughed and said it was her mother and she would not give me her number so I asked for her mother to call me. This is a perfect example of how not te treat people, never mind a customer. I will never go there again, and I ask my friends join me in making a stand against this place.
