On the 20th of January (2023), we placed a $150 order, but when it was delivered, it was missing food. Near impossible to reach someone (the phone number for the store we bought it from in Worcester, MA was apparently temporarily not reachable (did they not pay their phone bill, or what??), was eventually promised a gift card for the cost of the missing food, but haven't heard anything since, still no gift card, and have been getting the runaround ever since, not getting any response ... Absolutely poor service
