First and last time I order from this newer pizza place in Auburn,MA. Driver swore at me flipped me off swore in front of my 8 and 5 year old daughters and neighborhood kids. Was upset with his career decisions and felt the need to tell me the absurdly high delivery charge of 4.99 was not a tip. I told him I left a tip on the online order. Driver @~$+!# then began to berate a customer because he didn't like my tip amount. First of all, you are just driving it 8 mins from the store to the house, you are not cooking or even making it! You are ALSO EARNING AN HOURLY WAGE, so don't tell me And I quote... " This is how I pay my bills" . Well sorry driver @~$+!#, I have bills as well and you got a tip. You don't talk to customers like that. You wanna make more money, choose a different job . Let's see what the franchisee has to say. Awaiting a return call. Will update later.
