Good Food

Terrible food and terrible customer service. The chips were soggy and the food was so bland, no flavor. I did not eat my food (nor complain about it) and a woman (manager? Owner?) came out to tell me that this is "real Mexican food" and I have to pay for the food because I ordered it. I never asked to not pay for it, nor did I ask to speak to anyone about the food.
I never write reviews and would have blown it off and just not gone back, but I was appalled by the way I was treated by the staff. Save money and go elsewhere.

We always try to stop and eat here when in Torrington,great service and just delicious food,authentic and good portions!

worst food i have ever had in my life!!! the most money i have ever spent for the least ammt. of food. i think the roaches were committing suicide to avoid the food!!!!!!

I have eaten rellenos there a multitude of times, and never had a bad one. All their food is excellent.

Worst chike Rellano we have ever had. Was soggy batted and warm, not hot. The chiPs and salsa were $5.50, but we're better than the Rellano!

I'm so sorry we stopped to eat in Torrington, WY, at Garcias. I ordered a chile relleno and it was the worst I've ever had, ever! The pepper had crunchy seeds inside, no cheese that I could see, the egg batter had been fried sometime in the past and maybe micro waved or steamed to warm it up so it was a soggy mess. There was no sauce at all. I was in a hurry and starving, so ate it...shouldn't have. My husband's taco salad was okay but the shell was tough and chewy. No chips and salsa came with the "meal." I gave the restaurant 1 star because the waitress was nice.
