One would think you would have to speak French to get a croissant this good. When you step in the doorway of this unassuming exterior, you’ll immediately see that it is Big City grade ovens, display cases, quality and always really patient service from behind the counter. Trust me, I’ve spent plenty of time in big cities in the US and abroad to appreciate how fortunate we are to have this quality here in Casper Wyoming. We are gluten-free, and certainly appreciate the multiple selections available fresh every day, but everything we get for friends without dietary restrictions is met with rave reviews. Their cream puffs are bucket list grade. Artisan donuts beat the mass produced stuff that comes in on a truck any day. Their cookies and bars are really large and thick and worth every penny and every nibble. We think it’s better to share one of their items at Windy City then to buy a large box of so much inferior and less satisfying pastries from the commercial outlets. We say, save all your indulgence ‘points’ for this place.
