THE SAUCE !! THE SAUCE !! THE SAUCE !! There's is NOTHING like it !! MIss getting my small end or my sauce dipped fish...I was recently blessed with some sauce ...CLOSE but still missing that something...Taste & consistency just wasn't quite there :( So I'm too still on the prowl

I meant to hit 5 stars as for the place. 4 for the current sauce.

Loved & miss the staff... Sabrina (Big Bree as I lovingly called her). And RIH Ms Shirley, Nobody like her...Nothing like GARLAND'S anywhere...Definitely not in Pittsburgh !! And I've been in the burgh over 25+ years. And still searching for my Garland's fix !!

I've always loved Garland's BBQ as my favorite BBQ joint. I grew up as a young kid going there with my father on a regular basis. When I became an adult I was still traveling to Garland's BBQ to buy several meals and bring them back with me. We are from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. On a regular basis we would get on Pennsylvania Ohio Turnpike to go to Garland's to get our fix, we will eat a couple dinners on the road and then continue to make her way back to Pittsburgh extremely tired after eating the first couple meals that we could handle. Sunny Man, his wife and the rest of the staff that worked at Garlands always made us feel more than welcome like family is supposed to feel. Sabrina became a close friend of mine for many many years. It all started at Garland's BBQ! I sure will miss that place, that was my favorite BBQ anywhere and everywhere in the world. I'm hoping someone out there may know where I might be able to purchase some of the homemade sauce that Sunny Man's wife made from scratch, or even another restaurant that might be using her sauce for their food. If there's anyone out there you might have that information that I'm looking for please feel free just shoot me an e-mail.
