I have been eating this pizza for 20+ years and every time I'm back in grown we get it. Today it was nothing like it always is. I called and tried manager Toni who was rude and when trying to explain that our whole family usually love this pizza. The sauce was bitter today, the sausage was left off. The white pizza was very dry, and the veggies on the deluxe were still crunchy. Clearly something went wrong but instead of her apologizing she kept denying what I was saying to be true. I have never had a bad pizza from Westgate and while this could have been solved with an apology ... myself and family that always order from here (including bday parties, etc.) will not order from here again.
